Abstract Note The article discusses re-imagining of Perth, West Australia through historically, culturally, and geographically-grounded digital visualisation approaches for inspiring conservation of its wetlands heritage. Topics discussed include collective cultural imagination of the Noongar Whadjuk woman Fanny Balbuk, establishment of the Swan Brewery by colonial entrepreneurs and beginning of re-imagining Perth's lost Wetlands by taking inspiration from Fanny Balbuk.
